2型糖尿病周围神经病变与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的关系。方法:根据DPN的综合诊断标准,将200例2型糖尿病分为DPN组(n=83)与非DPN组(n=117),比较两组的病程、临床指标(空腹血糖、血脂、血清空腹胰岛素及C肽、糖化血红蛋白)与IMT。结果:DPN组在病程、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、IMT高于非DPN组(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病合并DPN的患者比无合并DPN的患者更易出现糖脂代谢紊乱与动脉粥样硬化。 Objective: To discuss the relationship between type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and the intima-media thickness(IMT)of carotid artery.Methods: According to the comprehensive diagnosis standard of DPN,200 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into DPN group(n=83) and non-DPN group(n= 117),and the course of the disease,clinical indexes(including fasting glucose,lipid,serum fasting insulin and C peptides,and glycolated hemoglobin) and IMT were compared.Results: The course of the disease,glycolated hemoglobin,triglycerides and IMT in the DPN group were higher than those in the non-DPN group(P0.05).Conclusion: In type 2 diabetes,diabetic patients with combined DPN are more likely to have glucolipid metabolism disorders and sclerosis of arterial congee appearance than those with only type 2 diabetes.
