应用加味温胆汤治疗脑卒中合并脑心综合征的临床观察

Clinical observation of supplemented gallbladder-warming decoction to the stroke with brain and heart syndrome

目的:观察加味温胆汤治疗脑心综合征的疗效。方法:治疗组50例用温胆汤加减配合常规治疗;对照组50例单用西医常规治疗,并进行疗效比较。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为90%,明显优于对照组的62%(P<0.01)。结论:温胆汤加减治疗脑心综合征有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of supplemented gallbladderr-warming decoction on stroke with brain and heart syndrome.Methods： 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with gallbladder-warming decoction（addsubtraction） cooperated with conventional treatment,while 50 patients in the control group were treated with only the conventional treatment of western medicine,then the curative effect was compared.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was obivously higher than 62% in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： Gallbladderr-warming decoction（addsubtraction） has better effect on treating stroke conbined with brain and heart syndrome
