摘要
研究了一种植物鞣剂-环氧树脂结合鞣法,优化了获得高湿热稳定性坯革的工艺条件。试验结果表明:缩合类栲胶如杨梅栲胶适合这类鞣法;在所考察的环氧树脂中,丙三醇三缩水甘油醚更适合该鞣法。较佳的鞣制条件为:先用15%杨梅栲胶鞣制,再在50℃、pH值4.0~5.0的条件下用丙三醇三缩水甘油醚鞣制4h。当丙三醇三缩水甘油醚用量为2%时,成革收缩温度高于90℃;当值丙三醇三缩水甘油醚用量为6%时,成革收缩温度可达到100℃。采用该鞣法鞣制的皮革不含甲醛。
The combination tannage of vegetable tannin extract and epoxy resin was studied.Optimal tannage conditions for producing high hydrothermal stability leather were investigated.It shows that only condensed tannins are suitable for this kind of combination tannage,and bayberry tannin extract is the most preferred one.Among the epoxy resins investigated,glycerol triglycidyl ether is the best one in consideration of achieving high shrinkage temperature of leather.The optimal conditions of this tannage is as follows,the depickled pelt is tanned by 15% bayberry tannin at first,and then retanned glycerol triglycidyl ether for 4 hours at 50℃ in the pH rang of 4.0~5.0.When 2% glycerol triglycidyl ether is used,the shrinkage temperature of leather is higher than 90℃,while the shrinkage temperature increases to 100℃ when 6% glycerol triglycidyl ether is used.The leather tanned by this combination tannage is free of formaldehyde.
