The Trends of China's Investments in Fixed Assets

本文在分析了 2 0 0 0年影响投资增长因素的前提下 ,认为 2 0 0 0年我国固定资产投资在政策效应的影响下 ,将保持一定的增幅 ,增长水平高于 1999年。各地区和各产业投资增长不尽相同 ,政府投资仍起主导作用 。

This paper analyzes the factors influencing year 2000's investments, and believes that, with the intervention policies, the investments in fixed assets will keep a certain increase, and the increase will exceed that of 1999. The governments' direct investments will be the lead force, although the investments in different regions and industries are different. To increase the investments in general, and private investments in paticular, there needs some reforms and innovations in institutions and policies.
