摘要
针对国有股上市流通的问题 ,分析了国有股上市可能会对二级市场造成的冲击 ,在此基础上 ,对国有股上市的具体方式进行了新的设计 ,提出了为保证二级市场的资金供给 ,需要设立专门基金以及适当引入外资等构想。
In this paper, we analyze the impact on the stock market of state-owned securities if they are allowed to exchange, then we design a new concrete way of exchange. Finally we suggest that some kind of special fund which allows oversea capital to enter be introduced into the stock market to secure the capital supply of stock market.
