金丝矮陀陀的三个新甾体生物碱 被引量:3

摘要 本文报道从云南产金丝矮陀陀植物(Pachysandra axillaris)中得到的三个新甾体生物碱。它们的结构确定为:富贵草碱 G(20α-二甲胺基-3β-惕各酰胺基-5α孕甾烷),富贵草碱H(20α-二甲胺基-3α-苯甲酰甲胺-5α-孕甾烷),矮陀陀酯碱 A(20α-二甲胺基-3β-甲胺基-4β-苯甲酰氧基-5α-孕甾烷)。此外还得到已知的富贵草碱 A、B。 This paper describes the chemical structure elucidation of the three new alkaloids isolated from Pachysandra axillaris Franch.——They are pachysamine G (20α-dimethylamino-3β- tigloylamino-5α-pregnane),pachysamine H (20α-dimethylamino-3α-N-methyl,benzoylamino- 5α-pregnane) and pachysanaximine A (20 α-dimethylamino-3β-methylamino-4β-benzoxyl-5α- pregnane) respectively.Other two compounds were identified as Pachysamine A,B.
