基于结构方程模型的患者选择医院影响因素研究

A SEM-based Study on Influence Factors of Hospital Choice

通过调查问卷考察了影响患者选择医院的因素及其影响程度,并以此为基础对结构方程概念模型进行建模运算。结果说明患者选择医院主要从两方面考虑:患者自身情况和医院情况。其中,医院的声誉、医护人员素质,以及设备和药品是最受患者关注的。由此建议医改时注重小医院的人才队伍建设,加大设备投入;同时建议医院管理者从以上因素入手提高医院对患者的吸引力。

To investigate the factors that influence patient＇s choice of the hospital and the degree of influence of different factors via questionnaires.Calculate the conceptual model of SEM based on the data from the questionnaires.Results suggest that patients choose hospitals mainly considering two aspects：the patient＇s own situation and the situation of the hospital,in all factors,the hospital＇s reputation,the quality of health care staff,as well as equipments and drugs attract the majority attention of patients.It is suggested that the health care reform should focus on small hospitals＇ talent team construction and the increase of the equipment investment.It also suggests that hospital administrators should increase the attractiveness of the patients from the above factors.
