光学分子影像的进展与挑战 被引量:9

摘要 分子影像是医学影像技术与现代分子生物学结合而产生的一门综合交叉学科,能在分子水平上反映生物体的生理病理变化,对疾病的早期诊断、早期治疗和药物研发具有十分重要的意义^[1-4]。基于光学成像技术、信息处理技术、分子生物学等学科而产生的光学分子影像,已经成为分子影像领域的研究热点之一^[5-8],国内清华大学、华中科技大学、天津大学、华南师范大学等单位也进行了深入研究^[9-12]。
