Beijing has rich political, economical, cultural, technological and intelligent resources. In 2008, Beijing has held successfully the Olympic Games. In latter Olympic Games time Beijing has proposed the developmental strategy of ＂humanities Beijing, technical Beijing, and green Beijing＂. Beijing＇ s world influence has been obviously enhanced. Beijing＇ s strategy of constructing world city with Chinese characteristics has been paid more attention. This article has carried on the analysis to the world city＇ s formation and the development, in profits from the development rule and experiences of constructing world city by the developed countries. And it elaborates the development mode, development laws and development key points of Beijing constructing world city with Chinese characteristics.
