体检人群臂踝脉搏波传导速度特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究体检者的臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)特点及其与临床指标的相关性。方法:选择1052例体检者,应用多功能血管病变诊断仪测量其baPWV,并分为baPWV升高组和正常组。同时测量其身高、体质量、腹围、心率、血压、空腹血糖(FBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC),并收集其吸烟及饮酒情况等资料。结果:baPWV升高组的年龄、BMI、心率、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、脉压、FBG、TG和TC均高于正常组,身高低于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),2组腹围差异无统计学意义。对于不同情况的baPWV值,男性高于女性,吸烟者高于不吸烟者,饮酒者高于不饮酒者,TG和TC升高者高于正常者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);不同年龄、血压及空腹血糖者的baPWV差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。年龄、血压、血糖是baPWV的影响因素。结论:baPWV可提示血管壁的硬度及弹性的早期改变。 Objective: To investigate the features of brachial ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) in healthy subjects, and the correlation with clinical data thereof. Methods: A total of I 052 healthy subjects were enrolled into this research. The value of baPWV was detected by the full-automatic arteriosclerosis diagnostic instrument. The subjects were divided into two groups based on the value of baPWV, high baPWV group and normal group. The values of height, body mass index (BMI), ab- dominal circumference, heart rate, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose (FBG), trigalloyl glycerol (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) were detected and analyzed. The other clinical data including smoking and drinking were also collected. Results: The values of age, BMI, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial blood pressure, FBG, TG and TC were significantly higher, but value height was lower, in high baPWV group than those of normal group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). There was no significant difference in the value of abdominal circumference between two groups. It was found that the value of baPWV was significantly higher in male subjects than that of females, and which was higher in smoking subjects than that of non-smoking ones.It was higher in drinking subjects than that of non-drinking subjects. It was higher in subjects with increased TG level than that of subjects with normal TG level(P 〈 0.01, respectively). Values of age, blood pressure and blood glucose were the influence factors of baPWV. Conclusion: The value of BaPWV indicates the early changes in stiffness and elasticity of blood vessels.
