内燃机车冷却水系统进出口水温检测系统的设计

A Design of Water Temperature Detection System for the Import and Export of a Diesel Locomotive Cooling System

目前,内燃机车上已经能用机车运行监控记录仪和其他微机显示控制装置监控机车运行状态,但是还没有实时检测内燃机车散热器进出口水温度的装置。而内燃机车冷却系统的工作状态直接影响了机车安全运行以及各部件的正常冷却。本文针对东风系列内燃机车设计了一种利用单片机实时监测高低温水进出口水温的数字监测装置。当机车运行时,司机根据显示的水温来判断机车运行状况,做到心中有数,具有重大现实意义。

At present, we have got devices called train running-monitoring recorder and other computer to display the operating situation for a diesel locontive. However, there are sUtl no reeal-time water temperature detection for the import and export of a diesel locomotive. The working condition of the cooling system in a diesel locomotive directly affected the locomotive safety operation and normal cooling of all the parts. This paper gave us a design of water temperature detection system for the import and export of a diesel locomotive cooling system . The driver can judge the locomotive operation conditon by the displayed water temperature of the device when the locomotive is running. According that there is a important practical significance while the driver have known fairly well.
