摘要
本文提出了一种基于PID算法的高精度数字化电源设计方案。方案采用DSP和FPGA技术实现数字化PID调节,通过数字化PID算法产生PWM波来控制斩波器,从而达到控制主回路的目的。这种设计方法以取代传统的模拟PID调节器,使电路更简单,精度更高,通用性更强。通过测试表明,本系统基本上达到了设计要求,能够满足较高精度的设计要求,取得了预期结果。本系统的设计方案不仅可以用在电源控制器上,只要是相关的领域都可以采用。
The paper proposed a high-precision digital power design plan based on PID algorithm. This solution use DSP and FPGA techeoiogy to accomplish the digdtal PID regulator. Generating PWM wave through the digital PID algorithm to control the chopper and the main drcuit. This design plan will replace the tracIitlenal analog PID regulator and make the circuit easier, more accurate .and more versatile. The test shows that the system basically reached requirement and meet the high accuracy design requirements, and got a expected result through some tests, The system design can be used not only in the power controller, but also in the related field.
