钢背精冲在《数值模拟》课程教学中的应用

摘要 用数值模拟法解决材料成形实际工程问题成为材料成形学科的发展趋势,然而由于材料成形数值模拟技术涉及力学分析、数值方法、模拟软件、专业知识等交叉学科知识,使得初学者难以理解和掌握,加大了本课程教学难度。该文以钢背精冲数值模拟为例,系统阐述本课程教学,使得初学者能够正确理解和掌握材料成形有限元法,提高了本课程的教学质量。 Using numerical simulation method to solve the practical en81neering problems becomes the development tendency of subject of material forming, yet the material forming numerical simulation technology involves mechanical analysis, numerical methods, simulation software, and other related professional subject. Making it difficult for beginners to understand and grasp, increased the difficulty of teaching. In the paper, taking steel lagging fine blanking simulation for example, to expound the teaching of this course, making the beginners to understand and grasp the finite element method of material forming and improve the quality of teaching.
