In the period of the Reform Movement of 1898,along with the Constitutional Thought,Western political Party ideas were spread into China.During this process,effected by Chinese traditional political culture,political Party ideas with Chinese characteristics were formed gradually.The spread and the establishment of the political party ideas in China have profound influence on the formation and development of Chinese bourgeois parties as well as Chinese political democratization.
