冷光牙齿美白技术的临床应用

The clinical application of cold light teeth whitening technique

目的观察冷光美白技术在牙齿美白中应用的临床效果。方法应用Beyond牙齿冷光美白仪治疗35例患者,美白效果用Vita比色板进行前后比较。结果患者经冷光美白仪治疗后牙齿的美白效果明显,总有效率达85.7%;同时患者治疗后普遍反应漂白开始时有间断的酸痛感,治疗结束后酸痛感消失。结论冷光牙齿美白技术在是目前治疗变色牙特别简捷、安全和有效的方法之一。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of teeth bleaching by cold light whitening technique. Methods All of 35 cases were treated with Beyond cold light whitening kit and whitening dosage. The whitening effects were observed and recorded by Vita shade matching before and after treatments. Results The whitening effects were obvious, and the total ef- fective rate reached 85.7%. At the same time, patients after treatment generally reflected continuous pain at the start of bleaching, but all the symptoms were alleviated after the treatment. Conclusion Cold light whitening technique is proved to be a simple, safe and effective method on discoloration of teeth today.
