摘要
临床实习是从医学生到医生的第一步,也是进入医疗活动的开始,是将课堂上所学的理论知识应用于实践,并从实践中发现问题、进一步从实践中升华和掌握相关的理论知识。只有通过临床实习,医学生才能将所学的理论知识转化为自己的知识,在日常的临床工作中指导自己的实践。尽管临床实习得到了教师和学生的广泛重视,但在实际的教学活动中,仍然存在诸多问题。笔者从理论学习和实习操作两方面入手,通过多种教学方法,着重分析了在急诊临床方面,如何培养学生的思维能力、实际操作能力、医患沟通能力、自我保护能力。
