健康教育对新生儿喂养方式和母婴产后健康的影响

Influence of health education on different feeding of newborns and the health of puerperae and their babies

目的探讨健康教育对新生儿喂养方式的影响及不同喂养方式对母婴产后健康的影响。方法选取2009年9月～2010年5月在我院住院分娩的孕产妇298例随机分成两组,观察组149例给予系统的健康教育,对照组149例不进行健康教育干预,观察两组的纯母乳喂养率。同时以母乳喂养和混合喂养分组观察不同喂养方式对母婴产后健康的影响。结果与对照组比较,观察组母乳喂养率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。纯母乳喂养组产后3个月FD、BF、FS、MS均明显优于混合喂养组,其婴儿的身高及体重明显优于混合喂养组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够使新生儿的母乳喂养率增加,母乳喂养对母婴产后健康具有积极的作用,社会应重视对孕产妇的健康教育,提高母乳喂养率,以达到增进母婴健康的目的。

Objective To explore the influence of health education on different feeding of newborns and the influence of different feeding of newborns on the health of puerperae and their babies. Methods A total of 298 cases of pregnant women in our hospital were selected from September 2009 to May 2010. They were randomly divided into two groups （n=149）. The ob- servation group was given systematic health education and the control group wasn＇t, and the breasffeeding rate was ob- served. At the same time, we divided the pregnant women by exclusive breast feeding and partial breast feeding to observe the influence of different feeding of newborans on the health of puerperae and their babies. Results Compared with the control group, the breastfeeding rate after 3 months postpartum period in the observation group was higher, and there was statistical significance （/9 〈 0.05）. FD,BF,FS,MS and the body height and body weight of newborns in the exclusive breast- feeding group were better than those in the partial breastfeeding group, and there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion The health education could improve the breastfeeding rate, and the breastfeeding play an active role in the health of puerperae and their babies. The society should pay more attention on the health education of pregnant women to improve breastfeeding rate and promote the health of puerperae and their babies.
