摘要 目的探讨健康教育路径对首次肝癌介入治疗的影响,为减少肝癌患者介入手术并发症提供依据。方法将我院2008年9月~2011年6月80例首次行介入治疗的肝癌患者随机分为两组,实验组应用健康教育路径进行健康教育,对照组进行常规健康教育,比较两组患者术后并发症的发生情况。结果两组患者术后并发症中,牙龈和黏膜出血、腰痛及血尿、休克、肾衰竭、胆漏、肝衰竭、恶心、呕吐的发生人数比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对首次肝癌介入治疗的患者应实施健康教育,健康教育和有效护理对减少肝癌患者介入手术并发症有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the application of health education pathway in liver cancer patients who underwent the first interventional treatment, in order to provide a basis for reducing the complications of liver cancer patients treated with surgery. Methods All of 80 liver cancer patients who underwent the first interventional treatment from September 2008 to June 2011 were divided into two groups at random. The patients in the control group were nursed in routine mode, and the patients in the experimental group were nursed in health education pathway. Postoperative complications of pa- tients between the two groups were compared. Results Comparison of two groups of patients with postoperative complica- tions, gums, mucosal bleeding, low back pain and hematuria, shock, liver failure, renal failure, bile leakage, nausea and vomiting occurred were significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Health education and effective care have important significance to reduce complications of liver cancer patients treated with surgery.
