“十一五”期间国家体育总局社科立项的情况分析——兼论冬季运动科学研究现状

Analysis of Social Science Projects of General Administration of Sport of China During the Eleventh Five-year-plan Period: On Winter Sports Scientific Research

以"十一五"期间国家体育总局立项课题为研究对象,运用文献法、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,对国家体育总局(冬季项目)立项情况进行了数据综合与分析。结果显示:近5年来国家体育总局哲学社科全部立项课题中,总体立项的总量特征呈现"逐年减退"趋势;区域分布特征呈现"北强南弱"格局;选题特征呈现"重夏轻冬"态势;冬季项目中,黑龙江省的冬季科研立项占到总量的70%以上,可见冬季项目科研立项呈现门类布局不均、地域分配失衡、部门规划欠妥等问题。这些问题成为制约我国冬季项目科研发展的瓶颈。

Taking Social Science Projects of General Administration of Sport of China During the Eleventh Five-year-plan Period as study objects, the author uses literature reviews, logic analysis, mathematical statistics to carry on a data synthesis and analyzes projects of the State Sports General Administration （ winter sports）. Results showed ：in nearly 5 years,in all projects the social science of philosophy, project development, gross characteristic show “year after year decline” trend; regional distribution characteristics present “north strong, south weak” pattern;research about the winter far less summer sports. Winter items for Heilongjiang Province alone account for more than total 70%. Project categories of non-coordination, issues such as geographical, sectoral distribution of uneven development, became the bottleneck of winter sports scientific research in China which are also restricting the development of winter sports in China.
