摘要
光引发剂是引发UV光油体系固化的关键组分。为了考察光引发剂对光油固化性能的影响,设计了水性UV光油的基本配方,采用4种单一光引发剂分别制备光油样品,测试各样品的固化效果并进行比较分析。实验结果表明,光引发剂的种类及用量对光油的固化效果影响很大,其中光引发剂907制备的光油固化速率最快,光油涂膜黄变性较小;光引发剂1173制备的光油涂膜基本不发生黄变。运用配方设计试验法,以光引发剂907、TPO及ITX组成复合光引发剂制备光油样品,考察其对光油固化性能的影响,结果表明其体系固化速率低于单一光引发剂907。使用单一光引发剂907的用量为6%时,UV光油样品的固化效果最好。
The photo-initiator is the key component of the UV varnish curing system.The formulation of water-based UV varnish was designed and four kinds of photo-initiators were chosen to make varnish samples to study the effect of photo-initiators on the curing characteristics of varnish.The curing results were tested and compared.The results showed that the type and the proportion of photo-initiator have great effects on the curing characteristics of the water-based UV varnish,the curing rate of varnish with photo-initiator 907 is the fastest and the coating becomes smaller yellow,the coating with photo-initiator 1173 doesn't occur yellowing.The mixed photo-initiators with photo-initiator 907,TPO and ITX have been designed and the complex samples were prepared by the way of a formulation design experiment.The result indicated that the curing rate of complex photo-initiator was lower than the curing rate of photo-initiator 907.The curing effect of the varnish samples is the best when the quantity of photo-initiator 907 is 6%。
