Description Journal of Shipping and Ocean Engineering is an international, scholarly and peer-reviewed journal （print and online） published monthly by David Publishing Company, USA which was founded in 2001. The journal publishes research results and academic papers on shipbuilding industry, Marine equipment technology, ocean exploitation and nuclear power applications, which aims to promote international academic exchanges and push the shipping science and technology to develop.
