摘要
目的:分析晋煤集团总医院门诊儿童就诊原因,为进一步做好儿童疾病医疗和预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法:查阅2010年2月—2011年2月门诊患儿资料,收集姓名、性别、年龄、诊断结果等基本信息。结果:共收集10 283例门诊就诊患儿,其中男5 307例,女4 976例。疾病构成中列于前三位的为呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、神经肌肉系统疾病。结论:在今后的工作中,应特别重视呼吸系统、消化系统疾病的预防、诊断、治疗。
t Objective：To aaalyze the cause of treatment of 10 283 cases of pediatric outpatient in general hospital of jincheng coal industry group,and provide scientific basis for work of treatment and health care of childhood dis- eases. Methods ：To consult the clinical data of outpatient during February 2010 to February 2011 ,to collected the data of name,sex,age,diagnosis and other basic information. Results：A total of 10 283 cases of this clinic patients were collected,and 5 307 cases in boys and 4 976 cases in girls. Diseases of the listed in the top three were respiratory system diseases ,digestive diseases ,neuromuscular system diseases. Conclusion;We should pay attention to prevention,diagnosis and treatment of the respiratory system ,digestive system diseases.
