摘要
通过UG建立某混凝土泵车臂架系统实体模型,结合有限元分析软件ANSYS对各节臂架进行模态分析,并将模态分析结果保存为模态中性文件,导入运动学动力学分析软件ADAMS,建立泵车臂架系统刚柔混合模型,对其运动模型进行分析;将刚柔混合模型仿真结果与刚体模型仿真结果进行对比,表明刚性臂架系统与刚柔混合模型臂架系统的仿真有明显不同,臂架系统柔性化的的仿真结果更加接近实际。
The solid model of concrete pump truck boom is established by UG.The result of modal analysis with ANSYS is saved as modal neutral file,and exported to ADAMS.Then,the rigid-flexible model is built and analyzed.Comparing the simulation results,it can be conclued that simulation of rigid-flexible dynamic model is different from simulation of rigid dynamic model.The simulation of flexible system is closer to actual situation.
