介绍了工业锅炉能效测试常用的运行效率测试方法,并基于一台6 t工业锅炉进行了应用实例分析,试验结果表明正平衡实验法用于测试热效率小于80%的工业锅炉,简单易行,能准确地反映锅炉的效能状态,该测试结果为锅炉能效监管部门提供了依据。

This paper introduced a simple method of operation thermal efficiency for efficacy test of industrial boiler.Based on a 6t/h industrial boiler,an application example is analyzed.The result shows that the positive balance test can test the industrial boiler of thermal efficiency not more than 80%.The method simple and easy to do,and can accurately reflect energy state of the boiler.It can provide a basis for boiler efficiency test supervision department.
