摘要
为优化装备经费结构,结合装备经费结构的层次性特点,从外部和内部两个方面分析了影响装备经费结构的主要因素,在此基础上建立了全寿命角度装备经费结构的因果关系图和军兵种之间装备经费结构的因果关系图,提出采用系统动力学和Vensim软件对装备经费结构进行动态分析,并给出了进行动态分析的主要步骤。
To optimize equipment cost structure,according as the structure is hierarchical,its main influence factors were analyzed from exterior and interior,on the basis of which,the causality charts of equipment cost structure on life cycle cost and the categories of troops were set up.Also,The idea that the equipment cost structure should be dynamic analyzed with System Dynamic and Vensim was advanced,and the main steps of dynamic analysis were given in this paper.
