摘要
本文通过国内外超高层大型综合体项目智能化系统设计的历史及发展趋势,在中铁-青岛中心项目的智能化设计上着重对大型建筑节能环保进行了研究。对超高层大型综合体项目搭建了EPON以太网无源光网络,并将楼宇自动化控制技术,特别是冷水机组的控制优化方法应用于建筑物中进行了优势分析,为今后超高层大型综合体的节能环保智能系统设计提供了研究及发展方向。
In this paper, large-scale domestic and international high-rise complex project the history of intelligent systems design and development trends in the China Railway Real Estate-Qingdao Center projects focus on the intelligent design of large-scale building energy-saving has been studied. Large-scale synthesis of high-rise project built EPON Ethernet passive optical networks, building automation and control technology, especially the control of chiller optimization methods were applied to advantage in the analysis of the building. For future large-scale synthesis of high-rise intelligent energy-saving system designed to provide research and development.
