Study on the Printed Periodical Cancellations in the Library

纸本期刊的删减正成为图书馆馆藏建设中一个重要环节。制定与删减纸本刊相关的指导和规范政策是现今国内图书馆需要引起重视的问题。笔者根据国外对删减纸本期刊影响要素的三份调查表进行了分析,总结出纸本期刊删减决策中需要考虑的要素,提出了删减评价方法并绘制了决策流程图,以期实现纸本期刊删减的规范。

The cancellation of printed periodical is becoming a necessary link in the library collection development. A problem that needs to be paid attention is to establish guidance and norm about printed journal cancellation. The author analyzes three questionnaire results of cancellations and concludes some influential cancellation factors. Based on it, the author proposes cancellation evaluation methods and draws a decision flow sheet in hope of the cancellation being conducted under the policy.
