Comparative Study on Evaluation Indicators for Public Library Services

介绍、分析ISO11620《信息与文献——图书馆绩效指标》国际标准与省级图书馆评估标准,对ISO11620国际标准指标、省级图书馆评估标准中的资源保障、读者服务方面的指标进行比较分析,总结了ISO11620对我国公共图书馆服务评估指标设置的启示。

The paper introduces and analyzes ISO11620 “Information and documentation： Library performance indicators” and “evaluation standards for provincial public library”, and compares the indicators of ISO11620 with indicators of “evaluation standards for provincial public library” which refer to resources and service to users , summarizes up what in ISO11620 is worth learning and referring when we design evaluation indicators for public library services.
