产学研联盟中合作成员利益分配机制研究

Study on Benefit Distribution Mechanism of Industry University Institute Alliance Cooperation Members

产学研联盟中合作成员利益分配不合理会导致联盟的不稳定性。通过建立数学模型,对产学研联盟中合作成员的利益分配机制进行研究,探求合作成员的利益分配系数,并对利益分配中的影响因素进行分析。研究表明:收益分配系数是努力水平程度、努力成本系数的增函数,并随着研发深入,努力水平的贡献系数越大,其努力成本系数也越大。

Irrational distribution of profit of Industry University Institute Alliance cooperation members will lead to alliance stability. By model building to study profit distribution mechanism and explore coefficient, affecting factors of profit distribution in this paper. The results show that coefficient of profit distribution is the increasing function of effort level and coefficient of effort cost, and with the development of in-depth, the larger the coefficient of effort level, the greater the coefficient of effort cost.
