天星健骨方对佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节指数的影响

Effects of Tianxing Jiangu recipe on joint index in AA rats

目的:观察天星健骨方对佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节指数的影响。方法:采用注射弗氏完全佐剂制作大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型,将造模成功的50只SD大鼠随机分为模型组、天星健骨方低、中、高剂量组(0.4、0.6、0.8g/kg)、雷公藤多甙组(0.05g/kg)各10只,另设正常组(10只)。观察各组大鼠关节炎指数。结果:模型组和正常组比较,关节炎指数积分差异均有显著性(P<0.01),各治疗组关节指数与模型组比较均有下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:天星健骨方能够减轻佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠的关节炎症状。

Objective： To observe effects of the recipe of Tianxing Jiangu on joint index in AA rats. Methods： Modeling AA rats, 50 SD rats were randomly divided into model group, low, medium and high dose group （0.4, 0.6, 0.8g/kg） of the recipe of Tianxing Jiangu, TWPgroup （0.05g/kg） and normal group （10 each）, recording the rat arthritis indexes. Results： Comparing model group with normal group, AA index score had significant differences （P0.01）, articular index were decreased （P0.05 or P0.01） than the model group. Conclusion： The recipe of Tianxing Jiangu could reduce the arthritis symptoms of AA rats.
