调肝解毒方改善癫痫儿童认知功能132例临床观察

Clinical observation on Tiaogan Jiedu recipe to improve 132 cases of children with epilepsy

目的:观察调肝解毒方对癫痫儿童认知障碍的改善作用。方法:将确诊并符合观察要求患者223例,随机分为治疗组132例、对照组91例,两组均依据病情应用丙戊酸钠、卡马西平治疗,治疗组加用调肝解毒方治疗。结果:治疗组患者发作次数、脑电图、瑞文标准推理测验IQ值均明显好转,与对照组相比差异显著。结论:调肝解毒方对改善癫痫儿童认知障碍具有积极作用。

Objective： To observe effects of Tiaogan Jiedu recipe for improving cognitive impairment of children with epilepsy. Methods： 223 cases were divided into the treated group （132 cases） and the control group （91 cases）. Both groups were applied sodium valproate, carbamazepine; The recipe of Tiaogan Jiedu was added in control group. Results： Treatment group, the number of attacks, EEG, SPM-IQ was significantly improved; Results were significant difference compared with control group. Conclusions： The recipe of Tiaogan Jiedu is effective.
