解毒养心汤治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of treating Viral myocarditis with detoxification Yangxin decoction

目的:观察病毒性心肌炎患者服用解毒养心汤的临床治疗效果。方法:将我院在2010年1月～2011年4月诊断为病毒性心肌炎的患者82例按服药意愿分组,服用解毒养心汤的50例患者为养心汤组,服用辅酶Q10、维生素C治疗的32例患者为对比组。比较治疗效果和心电图变化。结果:养心汤组患者服用解毒养心汤的治疗效果比对比组患者服用西药效果好,(P<0.05);养心汤组心电图向正常化改变明显,30例正常化,15例趋于正常,总比率为90%,(P<0.05)。结论:病毒性心肌炎患者服用解毒养心汤可获得良好的临床疗效,可推荐患者服用。

Objective： To observe the viral myocarditis patients taking Yang Xin Tang clinical detoxification treatment. Methods： The hospital in January 2010 April 2011 diagnosis of viral myocarditis 82 patients grouped according to the wishes of medication, taking the detoxification of 50 cases of Yang Xin Tang Yang Xin Tang group of patients taking coenzyme Q10, vitamin C treated 32 patients for the comparison group. Compare treatment effects and ECG changes. Results： The patients taking Yang Xin Tang Yang Xin Tang detoxification treatment than the comparison group of patients taking the medicine effect, （P0.05）; Yang Xin Tang set of ECG changes was to normalize, 30 cases of normalization, 15 cases tended to normal rate of better than 90%, （P0.05）. Conclusion： Viral myocarditis patients treated with detoxification Yang Xin Tang get good clinical efficacy, may recommend patients take.
