补肾凉血调经方在肾阴虚血热型经间期出血治疗中的临床应用分析

Clinical application analysis of treating kidney during the bleeding by blood heat by kidney cooling menstruatin side

目的:探讨补肾凉血调经方在肾阴虚血热型经间期(排卵期)出血的临床疗效。方法:肾阴虚血热型经间期出血病例均给予补肾凉血调经方治疗,分析治疗后的临床效果。结果:治愈率63.1%(41/65)例,总有效率98.5%。结论:补肾凉血调经方用于肾阴虚血热型排卵期出血的临床效果明显。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of cooling menstruation formulation in treatment of kidney light and blood heat between periods （ovulation） bleeding. Methods： Patients with kidney blood heat cases bleeding between menstruation periods weregive kidney treatment,and to analyze the clinical effects of treatment. Results： The cure rate was 63.1% （41/65）,and the total efficiency of 98.5%. Conclusion： Menstruation formulation cooling for kidney blood heat ovulation bleeding has obvious clinical effect.
