早期糖尿病肾病中医治疗用药规律分析

An applying analysis of TCM medicine in early DM

目的:探讨早期糖尿病肾病中医治疗用药规律。方法:通过以"早期糖尿病肾病"为主题词,"中医药治疗"、"中药治疗"、"中医治疗"为副主题词,检索"万方中文期刊数据库"1991～2011年国内公开发行的中医、西医、中西医结合学术刊物中明确西医诊断为早期糖尿病肾病,且中医治疗组方完整的文献资料,最终经筛选实际进行分析文献251篇,对其进行用药规律的初步归纳和一般统计方法进行分析。结果:251篇中医药治疗的文献报道中,共用中药149味,使用频次前10位的药物分别为黄芪、丹参、山药、生地、山茱萸、川芎、茯苓、大黄、当归、益母草。结论:早期糖尿病肾病用药是以补脾、益肾、活血药为主,在不同个体也体现出辨证论治的特点。

Objection： To study the medication rule of TCM in treating early-stage of DN. Methods： Using＂early-stage of DN＂as a topic phrase,and ＂the Chinese medicine curing＂, ＂the Chinese herbal curing＂ as the assistant-topic phrase were inspected the medical science data of WANFANG from 1991 to 2011 and found domestic public offering of the traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine academic publications explicitly in western medicine for the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription, and integrity of thedocuments. Finally, two hundred and fifty-one literatures were selected and we made the analysis of the use of inductive and general statistical method. Result： Discovery of 251 traditional Chinese medicine treatment reported in the literature, share 149 kinds of flavors of Chinese medicine, the frequency of use of the first lO bit drugs respectively, astragalus, Salvia miltiorrhiza, yam, raw land, dogwood, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, tuckahoe, rhubarb, angelica, motherwort. Conclusion： Early-stage of DN medication is to reinforce the heat, and water, medicine, and use of other drug, in specific and characteristic.
