银屑病关节炎中医病机证型分析

Pathogenesis of psoriatic arthritis syndrome analysis

目的:浅述银屑病关节炎的病因病机及辨证分型情况、证型分布规律。方法:通过中医病机辩证方法进行总结与分析。结果:银屑病关节炎症型以关节肿痛、皮肤潮红、舌质红、苔黄厚腻为主,其中以湿热瘀阻型为多。结论:对于全面认识疾病的本质、提高防治效果具有重要意义。

Objective： Brief Discussion of etiology and pathogenesis of psoriatic arthritis and syndrome type situation, evidence-based distribution. Methods： TCM dialectical method of summary and analysis. Results： Psoriatic arthritis model in joint pain, skin flushing,red tongue,yellow thick andgreasy-based, which is more humid stasis type. Conclusion： For a comprehensive understanding of the nature of the disease, improve the control effect is important.
