中医药治疗习惯性流产的临床经验

Clinical experience on treating habitual abortion in TCM

习惯性流产是临床上极为常见的且让病人非常痛心的一种现象。特别是近年来,随着人们观念的改变,妇女生育年龄的推迟,普遍服用避孕药,导致患有不孕不育症的人逐年增加。接受人工授精治疗的人数也越来越多,习惯性流产的发生率呈上升趋势。临床证实中医药可以有效的,成功地预防习惯性流产。本作者根据临产经验分析讨论习惯性流产的病因,病机,辨证治疗,以及随证加减。将其分为六大类型:脾肾两虚,冲任不固;肾气虚弱,胞脉受阻;气血两虚,胎失所养;阴虚血热,胎元不固;湿热内蕴胞宫和外伤。笔者也介绍现代医学最新的诊断和治疗方法,特别是自身免疫反应方面研究。

Miscarriage is a rather commom condition for pregnant women,especially in recen years where miscarriage rates have progressively increased since women trying to conceive late and more and more patients are seeking IVF treatment .Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） has demonstrated that it can prevent and treat recurrent spontaneous miscarriage （RSM） effectively and successfully, In this article, the auther analyses the aetiology and pathology of RSM, discusses the differentiation andgeneral modification according to her clinical experience. She divides RSM into six patterns： deficiency of kndney yang and spleen qi： Kindey qi deficiency with blood stasis. Deficiency of qi and blood; Yin deficiency with blood heat： Demp and heat stagnated in the uterus and Traumatic injury. She also introduces the modern western medicine approach on the diagnosis and treatment of RSM, particularly in the immunological reactions, studies.
