牙髓牙周联合病变临床治疗效果分析

Efficacy experience on clinical treatment of periodontal disease combined pulp

目的:探讨牙髓牙周联合病变的临床综合治疗方法和效果。方法:对42例66颗牙髓牙周联合病变的患牙,根据病因给予局部处理加口服中药的治疗方案,进行牙髓牙周病的综合治疗。结果:经1～3年的观察,54颗得以保留。结论:牙髓牙周联合病变时采用中药口服和局部处理的综合治疗方法可以尽量保留患牙,使临床疗效果得到了大幅提高。

Objective： To investigate treatment methods and effects for combined pulp periodontal disease. Methods： Taking 66 teeth with combined pulp periodontal disease of 42 patients as the study objects, according to the disease cause, gave them the treatment program of topical management adding oral Chinese medicine for comprehensive treatment to them. Results： After 1 to 3 years of observation, 54 teeth had been preserved. Conclusion： To take the comprehensive treatment program of oral Chinese medicine and topical management to the combined pulp periodontal disease can preserve the teeth as far as possible,so that the clinical results have beengreatly improved.
