摘要
通过对参与过虚拟企业经营的人员进行问卷调查,分析了虚拟企业战略执行力各构成要素对整体战略执行力的不同影响。研究结果表明:成员对虚拟企业战略执行力的影响程度最大,其次为激励机制、战略以及沟通,而企业文化对战略执行力则不存在显著影响。
Through questionnaire survey of the people who participated in virtual enterprise management,the different impact of composing elements of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprises on the whole strategy implementation capability is analyzed.The results show that: membership is the most influential factor on strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprises,followed by incentive mechanism,strategy and communication,but the influence of corporate culture on strategy implementation capability is not significant
