摘要 将应急监测方法和指标体系引入赣江上游饮用水水源应急监测体系之中,通过对该流域段饮用水源地周边环境的调查、潜在污染指标的确定、污染指标检测方法的开发以及应急监测体系的建立,来改善该流域段饮用水源地应急能力,保护饮用水源地的安全。由于近年来我国突发性环境污染事故频繁发生,将应急监测体系的建立这样一种防范于未然的理念引入水源地应急管理体系中,对比事后再采取措施处理技术上更为容易,具有明显的经济性。 Emergency monitoring methods and indicators systems are applied into emergency monitoring system of upper Gan River drinking water sources.Based on the investigation of the surrounding environment,the determination of potential pollution index,development of pollution index testing methods and emergency monitoring system,emergency abilities of this drainage area can be improved and safety of drinking water sources can be protected.With the frequent happening of unexpected environmental pollution accidents in China in recent years,the introduction of emergency monitoring system into emergency management system of drinking water sources as a precautionary measure,is more effective than that deal with it after happening and more ecomomical.
