摘要
SBR法是目前应用较为广泛的一种污水处理技术,其关键的机械设备之一就是旋转式滗水器。通过分析旋转式滗水器的基本结构及工作原理,推导出堰口与驱动装置间的数学关系式,并运用列举法采样滗水过程中的运行数据。根据实际运行的经验对采样的数据进行整合,介绍利用变频调速控制技术实现匀速滗水的方法。
Nowadays SBR process is widely used in wastewater treatments,in which rotating type decanter is one of the most important mechanical devices.By analyzing the basic structure and operating principle of the rotating type decanter,the mathematical relationship between weir and the driver can be derived and the decanting operational data are sampled while decanting by using listing technique.Based on the experience from the actual operation,sampled data are coordinated and the method of constant speed decanting through frequency control is expatiated.
