摘要
引入了一种联合的材料性能退化准则模拟复合材料层合板不同的损伤模式,分析了现有单元模态应变能变化率作为损伤标识量的有效性,提出了一种称之为改进的单元模态应变能变化率的标识量,利用神经网络技术进行了复合材料层合板的损伤模式诊断。研究表明:基于材料性能退化准则的改进的单元模态应变能变化率,可更清晰准确地诊断复合材料层合板损伤位置和损伤模式。
In this paper,a new method to detect damage modes in the composite laminates using the modal strain energy combining with the neural network is proposed.An improved change ratio of element modal strain energy is chosen as damage index because it is more sensitive to damage compared with original index.A three layers BP neural network model is established to diagnose the damage modes in the composite laminate.The present method is validated using a FEM simulation of composite laminates with different damage modes,in which the stiffness of damaged element is given according to the combined material properties degradation model.The results show that the present method is robust,accurate and highly efficient.
