摘要 建立了含裂纹-碰摩耦合故障的连续梁转子-轴承动力学模型。在模型中,转子考虑为两端无约束的等截面自由欧拉梁,两端由相同轴承支承,考虑了转静碰摩以及转轴疲劳裂纹故障,并运用模态截断法,结合数值积分方法获取转子系统的振动响应;并运用时域波形图、轴心轨迹图、频谱图、Poincare图、分岔图等研究了裂纹-碰摩耦合故障转子的非线性行为。最后,利用ZT-3转子试验台进行了裂纹-碰摩耦合故障实验,验证了含耦合故障的连续梁转子系统动力学模型的正确性。 In this paper, a dynamic model of cracked rotor coupled with rubbing is established. In the model, the rotor shaft is considered as equisection Euler beam, which is supported on bearing at both ends. The nonlinear dy- namic responses are obtained by using numerical integral method with modal truncation . The nonlinear dynamic behaviors of the crack-rubbing coupling system are analyzed using the time waveforms, the orbits, frequency spec- tra, Poincare map and bifurcation plot. Finally, rubbing-crack coupling faults experiments are conducted on ZT-3 type test rig and the results verify the correctness of this new dynamic model.
