On the Sinicization of Marxist National Legal System Thought

马克思主义民族法制思想是一个开放的科学的民族法学理论体系,并具有非常丰富的思想内涵。在指导当代中国民族法治建设的过程中,我们必须实现其中国化,而且也能够使其中国化。鉴于此,对马克思主义民族法制思想中国化的价值、理论渊源和路径进行研究,以此把握马克思主义民族法制理念,弘扬时代民族法治精神。

Marxist theory of national legal system is an open scientific theoretical system of national law, and has a very rich ideological connotation. In guiding the construction of ethnic legal system in China, we must sinicize Marxist theory of national legal system. In this paper, the author makes an analysis on the sinicization of Marxist national legal system thought on theory origin, value, and path to grasp the Marxist ethnic concepts of the legal system and promote the national spirit of the rule of law in the age.
