沧源县勐角乡翁丁村的民风淳朴,社会秩序井然,"夜不闭户、路不拾遗"的情景在这里得到了再现。正式社会控制和非正式社会控制在这里共同发挥着作用,国家力量和社会传统在这里实现了有效结合,共同促进了翁丁村社会的和谐与稳定。随着社会的发展,非正式社会控制的功能和作用将越来越弱化。
People in Cangyuan Wengding village are simple,honest and unspoiled and their lives are in good order.Doors are not bolted at night-law and order prevail;nothing is stolen and picked up.Both formal social control and informal social control play roles in this area.National power and social tradition are bound closely to maintain social harmony and stability.With the development of society,nonofficial control functions have faded away.As a result,some nonofficial controls are deprived of social control measures and their roles as social control measures are fading away.
