摘要
翻译是架构在两种语言以及文化基础之上的交际活动。文化语境在此交际过程中起着很重要的作用,忠实地解构源语文本和准确贴切地用译入语表达原文的思想,都离不开对翻译文本所处语境的阐释。首先对语境理论发展做总体的简要回顾,然后结合英汉语言结构的差异分析文化语境和翻译教学的关系,并以此进一步探讨其对翻译教学的启示。
Translation is a communicative behavior occurred between two languages and relevant cultures.Cultural context,therefore,plays an important role in this communicative course.It is quite essential to explore cultural contexts in which translation texts cover for the purpose of a faithful deconstruction of the original text and accurate rendering in target language.The present paper initially takes a brief look at the overall development of contextual theories,and then analyzes the relations between cultural context and translation teaching in view of certain structural differences between the Chinese and English language to further investigate the possible breakthrough in translation teaching.
