摘要 为了满足船舶照明系统的可靠性和远程集中化管理的要求,设计并实现了一个安全、可靠的船舶照明控制系统.该设计由LABVIEW开发上位机综合管理系统,通过上位机界面模拟船舶照明系统进行实际远程实时监控;下位机通过51系列单片机控制USB-CAN接口卡连接上位机,并利用CAN总线直接控制船舶照明子系统,实时采集照明数据.测试结果表明:系统设计合理,能够适应船舶电磁环境,达到了应用中可靠性和远程化管理的要求. Considering the reliability and remote centralized management requests of ship's lighting control system, a safe , reliable ship's lighting congtrol system was designed and realized. The design includes an upper monitor integrated management system developed in LABVIEW, simulating ship lighting system through the interface of the upper monitor, and thereby achieving remote real-time monitor. The lower monitor connects the upper monitor with USB-CAN interface card which is controlled by 51 MCU, controlling ship's lighting sub system directly by CAN bus and collecting real-time lighting data. The test results indicate that the system is reasonably designed, which can overcome the complex electromagnetic environment on boards, satisfying the reliability and remote management demands
