在裸子植物中,与随体有关的性染色体的研究已有一些报道。其中陈瑞阳提到,在银杏中,用 Giemsa C 带方法揭示,雌性是异型的,性染色体对的其中一个比另一个具有明显大的随体和核仁缢痕带。而雄性是同型的,性染色体对具有同等大小的随体和核仁缢痕带。
Somatic chromosomes of root tip cells in the seedlings of dioecious Cunninghamia lanceo- lata were studied with Giemsa C-banding technique.The metaphase chromosomes had two heavy C-bands in the secondary constriction and terminal satellite regions of the one pair of homolog- ous chromosome.It was found that some seeds exhibited this pair of C-bands in different size, while some other seeds exhibited this pair of C-bands in same size.The corresponding results can also be observed in their interphase chromosomes.Based on these results,it was conjectured that the sex differentiation may exist in the seeds of dioecious Cunninglamia lanceolata and the transformation of sex expression may occur in the development process of this plant.
