加味三拗汤纳米贴膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿下呼吸道感染临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察加味三拗汤纳米贴膏治疗小儿下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及对血清细胞因子水平的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法将120例小儿下呼吸道感染患者随机分为2组。对照组57例予常规药物治疗并对症处理,治疗组63例在对照组的基础上加用加味三拗汤纳米贴膏穴位贴敷。2组均治疗7 d后观察小儿症状体征量化积分变化,并对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及白三烯B4(LTB4)含量变化进行比较。结果治疗组治疗后各症状体征量化积分与本组治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且咳嗽、喘息及肺部啰音量化积分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后咳痰量化积分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后血清TNF-αI、L-1β及LTB4含量变化与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论加味三拗汤纳米贴膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿下呼吸道感染可明显改善临床症状,其作用机制可能与降低TNF-αI、L-1β及LTB4水平有关。 Objective To observe the effect of Sanao decoction combined with point application of nano plaster on lower respiratory tract infections in children.Methods 120 children with lower respiratory tract infections were divided into two groups by method of random number table.57 cases in control group were treated by conventional therapy and symptomatic treatment.63 cases in treatment group were treated by Sanao decoction combined with point application of nano plaster on the basis of control group treatment.The quantization changes in symptoms and signs integral were observed 7 days after treatment.The levels of TNF-α,IL-1β and LTB4 in serum were measured.Results The symptom score were lower in comparison with before treatent in treatment group(P〈0.05).There was obvious difference between two groups on quantization integral of coughing,wheezing,lung rale and the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β and LTB4 in serum after treatment(P〈0.05).There was no obvious difference between two groups on quantization integral of expectoration(P〉0.05).Conclusion Sanao decoction combined with point application of nano plaster can significantly improve clinical symptoms on children with lower respiratory tract infections,and its mechanism may be related to lower the level of TNF-α,IL-1β and LTB4.
