新生儿先天性巨结肠经脐腹腔镜根治术十例报告 被引量：7

摘要 先天性巨结肠（hirschsprung’s disease，HD）在新生儿期主要表现为胎粪排出延迟、腹胀、呕吐等低位肠梗阻症状，如不早期诊断及治疗可影响患儿生长发育。
