室内测量定位系统水平测角性能的检定 被引量:8

Verification of horizontal angular survey performance for workspace measuring and positioning system

摘要 在室内测量定位系统多平面约束测量模型中,发射站水平旋转角度是唯一观测量。为了对水平旋转角度测量精度进行评估,利用旋转激光平面的几何性质,建立了水平旋转角数学转化模型,推导了水平旋转角标准差和水平检定角标准差之间的关系。提出一种以多面棱体和平行光管作为调整手段、多齿分度台为角度参考基准的角度检定方法,并以室内测量定位系统为平台,对水平旋转角度测量性能进行了检定。实验结果表明,系统水平旋转角测量不确定度为2.4"(99.73%置信概率),本文方法适用于绕空间固定轴旋转角度测量精度的检定。 In multi-plane constraint measurement model of workspace measuring and positioning system, the horizontal rotation angle of transmitter is the only observation. In order to estimate the survey performance of the horizontal rotation angle, a mathematical transformation model is established based on the geometric properties of rotating laser planes, and the relationship between the standard deviation of horizontal rotation angle and the horizontal test angle is educed. Then,a verification method is proposed utilizing the precision polygons and collimator as a means of adjustment and the angle measured by a serrated-tooth indexing table as the reference angle. Experiments have been done using the platform, of which the results show that the uncertainty of the rotation angle measurement is 2.4"(99. 73% confidence probability). This verification method is universally applicable to test the measurement performance of angle generated from pivoting around stationary axis.
